NOTES:
- Indigo Shire Council started tracking emissions in the 19/20 financial year.
- From July 2021, Council has been part of VECO, a power purchase agreement for renewable energy. This significantly reduced Council's Scope 2 emissions.
- Some Scope 3 factors were tracked early on, but the majority of Council's Scope 3 emissions come from goods and services. The majority of goods and services data were captured starting in the 22/23 financial year. This explains the sudden increase that year.
