Fleet optimisation goals include reducing the number of kilometers driven by Council fleet through reducing the need to drive (e.g. utilising video conferencing), switching transport modes for shorter trips (e.g. encouraging active transport), and being strategic in consolidating trips or working areas across the Shire.
